Not one to usually complain, but it shouldn't be hard to get a simple order correct, ordered zinger bacon and cheese, ended up with no bacon, in the box with soggy cold chips and dried out boneless chicken pieces.

Order the 8 wings for $8 would have been a good value if I had received the 8. Only received 6 and took well over 20 minutes to receive the order. Staff where all juniors and not a person over the age of 25 could be seen.

We never get takeaway on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day but we were on holidays so thought we would. The 2 staff preparing our order were run off their feet! They were working so hard but we had to wait at least 30 minutes for our food which was soggy chips, tiny chicken tenders and the chip packet in boxes meals were half full. you need more staff at busy times. People were complaining.

I was there Monday arvo to get some dinner. I walked in and found the place filthy. Rubbish over flowing, food on the floor and every table was disgusting. I can't say much about the chicken either, it didn't look appetising. I just hope the kitchen area was cleaner. I won't be going back to that store.

Our family ate here, I received a bad case of food poisoning for nearly a week now, my son has had food poisoning for 4 days. Other people on here that have reviewed has had food poisoning as well. Very dirty place, unclean tables and floors, one staff scratching their nose before handling food. It has put me off kfc for life!

Left our chips sitting on the bench for 5 minutes while waiting for nuggets, refused fresh hot chips and told its a ‘hot bench’ - the chips were sitting right out in the air and I know that’s utter rubbish!! Staff did not care, just left the food on the counter, would never go back again.

Store was filthy. Toilets were no better.Staff undertrained.No utensils to eat potato. No serviettes.Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.I will be contacting the manager

Order was wrong as usual but I've given up going back because you feel like a problem. Burger was thrown together and cold.
