Very unsatisfactory hightea.The sandwiches made my client spew with the overload of salt.The owner just stated oh I love salt and replaced it with another item. Pastry was soggy and had to request it be cooked..staff very unknowledgable cakes were average. Very disappointing experience.

Scones were delicious! Only complaint was the tea cosy colours lol they were great if you went for Collingwood haha

Just beautiful place on the main road in Rosedale the food is amazing delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing. The outdoor seated area is lovely. Definitely when passing through support such a beautiful business

Made here as our stop on our way to Lakes Entrance on a chilly day so we ordered some tea and bread and butter pudding together with scones to share. Lovely environment and the owner was so kind. Amazingly the pudding wasn’t so sweet which was exactly what we want.

Lovely venue, good food at a reasonable price. Even purchased meal for next day. Food needs to be ordered at counter, we waited for table service for 5 minutes before we saw sign.

A very comfortable place, I visited it with my partner and his mother, we enjoyed the atmosphere of tranquility between the warmth of the house and its beautiful garden, they made us feel very good, I also enjoyed a wonderful cake, I really recommend it and for sure we will go again.

Went for lunch with an old friend at his suggestion.Beautiful food at very reasonable prices, friendly staff, lovely room set up in an old fashioned way.Plenty of space inside and out; nice grey cat met us on the path outside.Service was not what you would call brisk, but then again if you're in a hurry, try McDonald's. The food won't be as nice, though...
