Do not purchase anything from this store. The owner refused to assist me with a printer that was jamming 10 days after I purchased it.He was rude and hostile and simply said it was no longer his problem- I should spend 4 hours on the phone to Epsom"When I advised him I would share my experience on social media -he threatened me advising he has access to my mobile number and email (given to him at time of purchase) He has removed my reviews on his facebook page.Please do not ever shop here and do not ever supply your personal details to him."

I went in with a computer that was most likely dead, mainly looking for a quick diagnosis, and then hoping to get data off the hard drive. Diagnosis came back quickly, but then the amount of trouble to get the data was ridiculous. It was only ~30GB of data, so I asked if we could use Dropbox, and they didn't have any idea how to use it! In the end I had to buy a USB off them for them to copy the data on to, which they then forgot to send me for about a month. I had to call them to remind them, and finally got it in the mail about 3 months after bringing the computer in. It all made me doubt the accuracy of the original diagnosis.
