Rude customer service, not helpful, 3 staff (kylie being one of them) on and they couldn’t answer simple questions like their policy information.They were to worried about the seating arrangement and themselves. if you want to get an insurance through them you and need to make a claim you can expect to wait on the phone all day and stillNot get through.Note to staff a little smile and understanding for people situations can go a long way.Try it sometime.

I rang almost three weeks ago in regards to my renewal for roadside assistance, and I looked into my background that I paid $ 300 to join , had no knowledge of my member ship even under my rejestration number, I thought o well and joined aliaz road side assistance, fine then get nrma saying your renewal is dew what the !!! Replied to their email , said forget it etc etc. Now there, sending me renewal via mail ! Get your ack together and will not go NRMA , your algorithm to not match face-to-face or phone calls ?
