The worst real estate agency you will ever come across in your life. Had to take them to court to sort issues. Contact me if you want to know more. Stay far from this outfit if you want peace of mind. They treat you with NO RESPECT. No provision here to give them zero stars, hence one star.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Our application wasnt ready to process however we were sent a text message saying we were unsuccessful in the pre application. Was told they threw out our applications just 3 business days after we filled it in. The lady we dealt with was extremely rude and discriminating as I am visually impaired and visibly so and just argued about everything. Older lady short blonde hair with glasses. She was rude before my husband and I (plus our 11 month old) were even in the door.This lady should not be in real estate or any other human interaction based job.Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

There is no zero star..or else would have rated them..Worst ever agent..Luckily the way they treated made me think of buying a home and I am almost done with my new home..

Shaddock made our experience moving to Singleton extremely unpleasant. If possible i would avoid using this real estate agent. As the company had used this agent for the temporary accomodation we attempted to use them for our rental after the 4 weeks ended. We were only met with difficulty, at the time Rio was selling to Yancoal and I had a 2 year contract, they claimed this was not secure enough due to the sale to allow us to get a property causing a lot of stress for my partner and I.

Rude and argumentative property manager, did not perform or provide a condition report prior to moving in. We took our own photo's and sure enough they tried to blame us for damage/issues so we showed them our time/date stamped photos and evidence to the contrary and they still insisted it was us that caused the damage and would not back down or apologise. Avoid this company.

This is my husband's and mine current Real Estate we rent through and they are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble they are super friendly and caring always willing to listen and help when needed everything is up to date fixed and replaced. I highly recommend Shaddocks to anyone they are really great

A big thank you to Sue and Felicia for helping us with our new house. They were very accommodating and helpful. We had to travel from Sydney to view the home and they always made it easy for us. As it was going to be a family holiday home we wanted our kids to see the house too. It was no trouble for them to arrange for us to come up and see the house over the Easter Weekend. Finalising the purchase etc was seamless and the beautiful 'Welcome Pack' of wine, nibbles, flowers and card were a really nice thought. Thanks again to Sue, Felicia and the team at Shaddocks.
