A very interesting Bilby experience. Too see them close up was a real treat. Great staff that are only to happy to answer any of our questions. The work that goes on behind the scenes to keep them protected must be commended.

Wonderful experience, the presentation run by a passionate young lady. Although I didn't technically get the full experience due to not meeting the required amount of customers. She still let us in to have a look at the billbys, answered all our questions and told us fun facts for 15min while we watched them run around for their food. There was no pressure to leave and I had a memorable time.

A wonderful experience to learn more about and support a wonderful cause.The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide, in particular, was very entertaining and enthusiastic about her job.Obviously the animals themselves were a highlight!After all we learnt I was more than happy to buy some souvenirs and the prices were surprisingly reasonable.

The presenter had fantastic energy, and gave a detailed and fun information presentation. Then we split into two groups half watching a video or shopping, and half seeing the Bilbies for 10-15minutes. Then we swapped. That kept numbers in the viewing room low which meant everyone got a great view.
