If you're an outback nomad like me then you'll understand the imperative of having a reliable 12V system professionally installed in your vehicle. In this case one can select any number of brands (we chose Redarc) and that's fine. However it only takes one faulty wire connection or sloppy install to leave you literally up poo creek! Andrew and his team at Accelerate did the complete install for us; from solar, to lithium, battery management, LED lights, Fridge, upgraded alternator, gauges, stereo and many other items. It was a massive job! Since the install we have embarked on our Big Lap trip, and so far have travelled through some of the most remote regions in Australia; The Simpson Desert, Boggy Hole Track, Googs Track, just to name a few. The concerning thing initially is that we didn't get a chance to do a thorough 'shake down' before we left, which I always usually like to do. Luckily for us, it wasn't needed. All the gear that was installed has run perfectly and I don't think luck had anything to do with it, moreover, meticulous attention to the install process. Suffice to say, I'd thoroughly recommend these guys for all your 12V off-grid and auto-electrical needs. Cheers, Ant

In QLD on holidays from Sydney when my car AC started to fail. In January on the SC, AC is a must. I dropped in to the store and they booked me in for the next morning. Very professional, excellent service, lovely staff, really helpful. Great educational videos online add to their credibility. Kept me informed, explained what I needed to know and delivered exactly as they promised. On time and for the exact price they promised. With so many operators happy to take your money without providing the service, the team at Accelerate are so refreshing to deal with and gave me total confidence. Highly recommend to anyone living on or visiting the SC. Thank you! BTW, the AC now runs like brand new.

Had my old Hilux A/C repaired here a few years ago, found a leak very quickly and had me back on the road that afternoon hassle free. Well hello 2023 and it's my Patrol's turn for A/C troubles. Had no hesitation in returning here for the repairs having such a good experience the first time. Just like round 1, found the leak within the hour, professionally repaired the hose that day and had me driving home comfortably in icy cold A/C. Can't recommend them enough!

When I purchased my vehicle through a Brisbane dealer, I also had them install a few electrical upgrades for caravan towing, one of which was a REDARC brake controller. Turns out it was not installed correctly. Contacted Accelerate and organised for them to check it out. They confirmed the incorrect installation and rectified it, then spoke with REDARC, costs all covered. Will be my go to for further work.

The actual work done on my vehicle was fine. Unfortunately the customer service was a little dissapointing as the staff I spoke to appeared to have limited knowledge of the product they were selling. Sales rep however was very good and she was very helpful.

A new Wildtrack.... the guys fitted a second battery behind the rear seat (I did not want to clutter the engine bay and disrupt airflow) they fitted the special battery kit with power/charging ports in the back and flood lights on the roofrack ... Superb work.... outstanding level of service, no over-selling, just good old fashioned service. Thanks Guys Mick.

Accelerate were great to deal with! We had an issue with our vehicle which saw us grounded and stuck in a bind - from start to finish Craig and the team were so easy to deal with. Our car was booked in the next day, fixed and we were on our way. I cant recommend them highly enough and would definitely use Accelerate again!

Excellent service and communication from Craig and the team at accelerate. I couldn't be happier! The work was outstanding, they very neatly arranged all of the components for a full 400ah Enerdrive system under the short side of my L- shaped lounge in the caravan, thereby maximising my storage space under the bed and the long side of the lounge.Fantastic work, highly recommend!
