I bought a very comfortable and beautiful leather lounge suite from Home Furniture last Sunday. Very good quality and great price. The whole showroom is filled with quality furniture. With wonderful customer service, thanks Jill, there is a very welcoming atmosphere. We had been to 4 other nearby furniture places beforehand but this one had the best lounge and other quality items.I highly recommend this business for quality, pricing, ambience, and great customer service.

Do NOT buy from this company!! Absolutely terrible after sales service! Our brand new fabric lounge failed within 2 months, material ripping where stitched, and the wear on the fabric made it look 20 years old. They ignored emails with photos, so we went to their store. We were then told, yes, we have seen your emails and that we would have a full replacement lounge within 4-5 months, it is now over 6 months and we haven’t heard from them, and they aren’t responding to our emails. Wish we had never stepped into their store!

Recently purchased a 4-seater lounge with chaise from Home and am really happy with it.We were looking at paying twice as much for an equivalent couch at other stores as we were particular with what we wanted.Home has a great range, with plenty of customisable options like deep seating (worth it) and plenty of colours to choose from.Being made to order there is a bit of a wait, but the staff were really upfront about this and I don't mind waiting as it allows you to customise and buying Australian made feels good as well.You should definitely check out home before giving your money to Jerry Harvey.

As soon as I walked into home Home furniture I found exactly what I was looking for, the buffet tv unit and coffee table fit perfectly into our new home. I couldn’t have been happier with the look, workmanship and finish. We get so many compliments on this furniture, they really are stunning. The store has friendly and helpful staff and beautiful furniture laid out perfectly so you can imagine it in your own home. Highly recommend home furniture bedding if you’re looking for good quality furniture at decent prices.

Their after-sales service is unresponsive. I received a damaged table and contacted them straight away. I was told that they'll be sending out a replacement. It's been over a month now and I have sent them five emails asking if they have any updates. No response at all. I called through and talked to a man named Joe, he wasn't a pleasant person to talk to. He informed me that the lady name Melissa is responsible for after-sales and she is away, so I have to wait until she comes back. I asked him So only she can handle this

No customer service what so ever. Dishonest bussines. Called them numerous times they never follow up. Ordered furniture five months ago.In March they called said my furniture is ready and it's getting delivered on Thursday 30th of March and to make full payment. Full payment was made. Took Thursdayof work and no furniture arrived no phone call or anything. Two months passed since then just excuses still no furniture or when it will be ready. Asked them to cancel the order and refund me, no response. Contacted my credit card company and they got the money back under two weeks.

Great store with high quality furniture and home decor, often hugely discounted from big retailers’ excess stock. Love their online auctions from ex display homes but you have to be quick to nab a piece as they are hotly contested, and often gone within seconds of the auction going live. I purchased some beautiful artwork via auction, that came with a quality wooden frame. Easy collection from their store at Aspley. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service even during the challenging time of floods. Love my lounge the best quality lounge I've owned by far and didn't pay a fortune for it. Highly recommend Byron Corner Lounge!
