I normally wouldn't believe some reviews saying they were treated rudely by some folks here until I experienced it myself. I called in to see if my carbon fiber shaft can be re-tipped as they offer professional cue re-tipping" service and had a chat with Jeremy. I had an email chat with him a couple of days before I called in.I was surprised he sounded like he didn't want my business. Basically said I had other options other than them
