Carpet Court Pambula are the epitome of great aussie service!! John and his team made us feel like our job was #1. Even before our flooring began to be laid, they were giving us updates, checking we were comfortable and then making sure laying the floor was booked in at a reasonable time that suits us. When the fantastic Corey came to actually lay the floor, the process was smooth, quick and an overall cheerful experience. We felt comfortable asking anyone from the team any questions we had. The finish of the flooring was stunning and I couldnt be prouder to have it in our home. Everthing on the jobsite was cleaned up and taken away. I cant thank the team enough. I just look forward to working with them in the near future to organise some window furnishings!

This made the whole experience of getting our hybrid floor and carpet laid simple and enjoyable. They went above and beyond with their customer service, working with my busy schedule, promptly turning up for jobs, excellent clean up and above all else....they follow up when the job is completed!! They also step you through the correct way of looking after the flooring, which is very helpful with us being first home builders. I would 100% recommend Carpet Court Pambula and would use them again in the future.
