I have been a customer at this post office for many years. Kitty and Ruby are just gorgeous .Have always found them kind , courteous and helpful .It is always a pleasure to deal with them .During the pandemic they adhered strictly to government policy which is commendable.

The ladies there are always friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Their very patient despite the fact that most of the customers are of a senior age and find it difficult to even fill out a post card.I wish all Australia Post employees were as friendly as these two.

The rudest customer experience I’ve ever had! I’ve lived in Greenwich for a long time and have recently had awful service from the woman working there. She is incredibly impatient, discourteous and apathetic, and her combative tone makes me very uncomfortable. She has ruined many of my days from her unfriendliness and if I can, I’ll try and avoid this Post Office as much as possible. There’s no need to be so abrasive when people need a bit of help! A real dampener on the otherwise lovely Greenwich shops.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady that looked after me and expedited my passport renewal. She was warm, friendly and incredibly professional. My wife recently had to get her passport renewed and also had an excellent experience.

Customer service is appalling, the female staff treated me in a Rude and Raciest manner when I first visited the shop and asking for service. I was shocked. Have they ever been trained how to deliver customer service in a polite way? What a shame to have these grumpy people running LPO business at my such a friendly and beautiful suburb – Greenwich. I will never visit it again!

My experience is exactly like everyone else below. Some days okay, other days awful! On good days, it feels like the lady has all the time in the world to chat etc. Customer service is acceptable, but PLEASE I need to go ALREADY! However, on a bad day, she finds it hard even with basic manners, like hello and thank-you, especially when asked for a receipt. It shouldn't be that difficult to obtain a receipt for a service that is paid for!

The female front person is rude. Patronising customers on how to do things and how to behave on a returning package. Seriously? How to behave? Is this called modern customer service? In fact, she should be the one being taught how to behave and be more polite and nice to people. Go change your job if you don’t like it. Don’t make everybody else’s day as bad as yours, lady.
