Have a broken lock on high end stainless screens after less than 9 months operation. It appears that Fairview use cheap locking mechanisms. Was a struggle to get them out and they advised only 3 months warranty on the locks after spending $4,000 on 2* sliders. They also blamed me for slamming the door. Cheap locks and rubbish after sales service. Please don't be fooled like I was. My neighbour used the other local mob and was very satisfied.Thanks Andrea , it was actually installed 9 months ago in August not 12 months ago. I have the rereipt following installation. Have also made a complaint with office of fair trading. Lot's of effort by this business to avoid after sales service and simple/cheap repair. Fix might have been easier... Well done Fairview, another satisfied customer. Great small town service....

The staff are so helpful, reliable and they are prompt. I have found them to be a great lot of people to deal with. If you need screens, windows or just a piece of glass these guys can help. Will not use any other company highly recommend them

This business is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

David Morrison, your order is 12 months old, we had a experienced competent tradesman to inspect issue within the week, who upon inspection advised you the lock cannot just break and we do not cover misuse or abuse, just like the other glass company. The Lock is a Lockwood product far from cheap and nasty.David Blain your were not clear in your instructions on your bits of angle you had cut here.Eric Smith you live in America and we have never heard of you and Peter Robinson same with you never heard of you, but your reviews popped up when David had a problem with his bits of angle , coincident??

They got a simple and straightforward small job wrong, redid it, then charged me again. The new charges were about 3 times the price of the original job, for the same job. They blamed me for the mistake, and were very rude and contemptuous toward me. They demonstrated great experience with arguing and blame shifting, well practiced I believe. I sent several emails to the owner since the incident in an attempt to have this rationally dealt with and sorted, but no response was forthcoming.

These guys go out of their way to help come up with cost effective solutions for my problems, they are pollite, listen and very helpful.

I found the staff at Fairveiw Glass & Aluminium were knowledgeable about there product. I felt they were very welcoming and friendly. Double checking my order was correct as I had a deadline to meet. Will definitely recommend. Thank you once again.
