From our initial meeting to arrange for a quote till the time the job was completed Lachie was extremly professional. At all times there was clear communication of progress including keeping us up to date with a minor delivery delay. This delay was only by a day and did not impact on the completion of the job. Lachie was amazing. After tearing our hair out trying to get a builder to quote for repairs to our storm-damaged roof (let alone finding one willing to take the job on, since it wasn't a major renovation/building project) a trusted Sparky business (RKM Solutions) saved the day and recommended Highland Craft Renos. Lachie was quick to respond, great with communications back and forth about the job and then managed to slot us in pretty quickly, between bigger jobs, to avoid further rain damage to our roof. He got the work done quickly on the day and it looks good. Wish we could keep Highland Craft Renos a secret so they don't get too busy, in case we need them again, but that wouldn't be fair :)
