I have been a client of Dr Vicky Ho and many years and the service I have received has been outstanding.I initially presented with a complex dental history. Dr Vicky has cared for me with expert skill and knowledge, the result being that I have a lovely smile and a perfect pain free bite.Vicky and her team are extremely professional and caring. I came to Dr Vicky after an bad experience with porcelain veneers I recently had done. I just needed someone to try to rectify the terrible work.My expectations were rather low due to my previous experience.Wow, did I underestimate the service I was about to receive!Dr Vicky was so patient, understanding, super friendly and delivered a smile for me I had almost given up on.She immediately put me at ease and her obvious passion for her work filled me with confidence.I thought “pain free” dentistry was a bit of an urban legend. I went to go see Dr Vicky about my constant headaches and my smile that I was ashamed of and must say I haven't looked back since. Dr Vicky & the girls are truly amazing. Dr Vicky's caring nature and infectious laugh made me feel at ease from the first appointment onwards. The girls follow up phone calls / texts after each appointment to check in on me was a nice touch. All the staff are caring and friendly and the space provides a relaxed atmosphere. I can now smile with confidence again after my full mouth neuromuscular rehabilitation & no headaches since. I highly recommend Dr Vicky for all your dental needs. Her professionalism, knowledge & skill is second to none. She made this whole process easy and I felt so cared for. No more nervous trips to the dentist as I won't be visiting anyone else. I have decided to go to Dr Vicky after reading all the great reviews and all I can say is WOW. Not only the actual physical practice is amazing and made me feel like I was going in for a spa treatment but Vicky and her team are true professionals, passionate about what they do. I had the BEST dentist experience that I have ever had. Why? Because I am so use to go to dentists that charge $300 for a clean and scale that last less than 20 minutes and where I (almost) always leave feeling that they Whipped me up" to rush to their next patient. With Dr Vicky this was completely different

I had been seeing Dr. Vicky since 2021 and had a lot of work of done including crowns. Post this procedure I started to have pain with my crowns and when I addressed this with her, she said it was my bite so she offered to grind the crown. I went back numerous times only to receive the same lack lustre response. I have continued to experience the pain and have now sought a second opinion from another dentist to get it fixed. My new dentist has resolved many of the issues I came to Vicky for initially , I felt underwhelmed with the after care service provided once Dr.Vicky took my money (which was in the thousands!).I hope this does not happen to anyone else as this was a costly mistake.

Dr Vicky is a fantastic dentist. Always going above and beyond, explaining treatment in full and easy to understand terms and making me feel at ease and confident at every appointment. She was able to accommodate me and fasttrack my treatment to fit in with my planned holiday which was amazing. My treatment was painless and I felt comfortable at the practice, even able to choose a show to watch during my visits!
