Worst customer service ever. I was waiting patiently while he worked on someone's phone. He was done but the customers partner came and start asking for all this stuff. Instead of servicing me first he continued to service her, mind you they were paying separately. Definitely wasn't impressed. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes I asked how much for a new screen protector (usually $45) he said $65 bit expensive so for no reason

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,I got repaired many iphones in the past, I've never had a worse experience than this one. The guy repaired my iphone 8 charging port for 150$ (definitely overpriced, usually you get fixed it for 110$, unfortunately It was an emergency: it was Sunday afternoon and I needed my phone working and it was the only place opened). After 1 hour I got my iphone back I realized that the 4G connection, THAT BEFORE WAS WORKING PERFECTLY, was not working anymore. I called the owner asking gently to give my phone another check, the answer was: you can take it back here for a check but I will charge you anyway. Very unprofessional.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Staffs here at Ifix provided a friendly service and professional skill to fix my phone. I went to two other places before Ifix and no one was able to fix my phone, this company was more than happy to see what they could do. They had a look and gave clear explanation on what was causing the problem. It took them less than an hour to completely fix everything and made sure everything was working before I left.Staffs serving was outstandingly helpful and provided vast product knowledge & advice.The price was also really good for the phone cases I was after. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Ifix Mobile

Very disappointing service. I got a screen protector put on 6 days ago and it had already started to lift and bubble. I went in and politely explained the situation and basically got told it was my fault. Halfway through the conversation the gentleman's phone started ringing he then turned around and said thank you miss and went to answer his phone when I was halfway through my sentence.
