Best medical centre I have had the chance to go to thank for your help

Ruled nurse, wear mask on chin, no cover mouth and nose, risk her and other people’s life! And at the moment, we are in stage-4 lockdown, must wear mask FULLY cover moth and nose at no excuse!Worst clinic I ever been, 1 star still wasted!

Great front desk staff and nurses. Drs are very good... compared to other medical centres in town.

In generally they are nice and helpful, especially my GP. But sometimes, some staff may (unintentionally) be inappropriate in the way they communicate with clients - including the nice staff. They might have perceived these communication as normal or friendly" but that's not normal to me in Australian context. For example

Today at the Port Augusta Medical Centre i was refused entry to make an appointment or to arrange to see a doctor in future if i did not wear a mask, i explained to them and showed them my medical exemption letter which states i have a medical condition that stops me wearing any face covering and even with my certified letter from a medical doctor stating this and that i am EXEMPT from wearing a mask, this doctors office said it was their POLICY under no circumstances to allow me or anyone else who is exempt from entering for this reason, i have just contacted the federal and state government departments and they have confirmed to me this clinic IS breaking the law and under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) (DDA)" would be investigated and prosecuted by law if i were to lodge a official complaint and after investigation this proves to be the case."

Friendly and very helpful staff, when there is emergency they do their best to help, Dr. Lad is professional and friendly Doctor
