As a visitor to Hervey Bay, I needed a quiet space for a zoom call. I contacted Sharon who was so helpful. Despite being fully booked, Sharon offered up her own office for me to use - now that is surprising and wowing a customer! The space is inviting, quiet, comfortable and professional. I was made to feel like a colleague not a visitor, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend HBS&SO. Well done!

A room was hired for a 2 day live stream conference with early starts and late finishes. Everything was exactly what I required, including the kitchen sink :) Sharon went out of her way to accommodate me, I will have no hesitation to call her again if / when required.

I was in Hervey Bay for a few days, and needed a conference/boardroom with fast connectivity, last minute. Contacted Sharon, and she was able to set me up with what I needed. The Staff also very helpful in setting things up prior to my meetings. The boardroom is excellent; very well appointed, professional, and functional. Highly recommended.

Hired a space here at very short notice when an internet outage meant I was unable to work from home office. Sharon was extremely efficient, professional and welcoming. I needed some private office space at short notice yesterday and found the team at Hervey Bay Secretarial to be efficient and effective in meeting my needs.The office I rented was the perfect size, and the WiFi was fast and stable, which is very important when participating in a Video Conference; I also needed some B&W and colour printing carried out prior to my meeting and this was handled with ease.Although I didn't require it, there is also a full service of beverages and snacks available upon request, for a small charge.I highly recommend Sharon, Renee and the team at Hervey Bay Secretarial if you need some quiet space to go about your business.

Fantastic offices - excellent location, facilities and open spaces. A beautiful boardroom to hold your larger client meetings or functions. Renee is always so friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in to the Office and Sharon is very easy going, friendly and was fantastic to work with to gain a lease. She was professional, efficient and always replied to questions and queries.I would not hesitate to recommending the Offices and Premises to anyone looking for a professional Office to conduct business from.
