New Physio in Warrnambool and they are great! Very clean, friendly and professional. After having a problem with my shoulder for years they have been able to help me with effective treatments and clear exercises to do at home to put me on the path of a pain free shoulder. I’ve been treated by 122 Health post breaking my leg. Under care of the clinic, treatment including a combination of massage, dry needling & take home exercises, has improved my flexibility & confidence in my ability to return to running & Pilates.Sympathetic, tenacious energy from the clinic has been fantastic and so greatly appreciated. Physios Katherine and Nick are both so lovely. I have just met them through attending this clinic - they are highly skilled and genuine practitioners. The studio itself is beautifully designed to enjoy reformer pilates - and the staff are all fantastic. Highly recommend.
