I received good results from my treatments with healthy eating and a 30mins walk every day. It reduced the toughest cellulite from my hip and the pocket of fat on my tummy, which is so hard to get rid of. I recommend this if you are already working towards a healthier toned body. Depending on the thickness of the fat, the number of sessions will go. I achieved a good result losing 4.3cm in 10 sessions. I couldn't get my desired shape as I required more number sessions which were not affordable to me.
