I have been renting with Wave for nearly 5 years. I have found they are always easy to talk to and professional. Anya does go out of her way to ensure everybody is happy. This time of year is always hard, as trades people are busy trying to finish off jobs before Xmas. Anya is always just a phone call away. If you are not happy talk to Anya not post on here.

The best real estate I have EVER had the pleasure to do business with. I have rented several homes from Anya and have always been very happy with them. Anya and her team are highly professional as well as friendly and helpful. Friends who have also rented from Wave Realty also say the same. They are considerate of both renters and the owners. Probably the most relaxed real estate experience I've had. Only met Anya briefly once, but the attention to detail and timely responses to my queries, liason with owners, neighbours and builder made life very easy. Good after sales service too, which works for us as we don't live in Brisbane yet, so we get the benefit of her local knowledge and attending to the fiddly bits and pieces that can take up so much time.

Highly professional, reliable & very understanding. I have enjoyed over 4 years renting two lovely properties through Wave Realty. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone, including those who suffer from any type of disability or problematic situation, as Wave does not discriminate, nor do they spend every moment bothering you (like other agencies).
