Rachel also recommended a stylist and let us know which marketing options would give us the best bang for our buck. The house looked amazing in the photographs and we had large numbers of people through for the first open. The sale happened MUCH more quickly than I expected, so all the preparation was worth it. Rachel negotiated a sale price higher than we expected and we ended up selling prior to the auction, with a short settlement period, which is what we wanted. We are thrilled with the outcome and couldn't recommend Rachel more highly.

I can't express enough how amazing Rachel and Paul have been through the whole process of selling my unit. I needed to get it all organised really quickly and had to try and reach a fairly high price - and Rachel handled everything, and we achieved it! She spent so much time helping me choose what renovations would be worthwhile, and then she organised all the tradespeople (electricians, painters, plasterers, stylists) and managed to get everything done within an incredibly tight timetable. Not only that, she was supportive of me in everything I had to get done as well, and always available for advice. Paul was super professional and focussed, and his negotiating skills and extensive market knowledge really made a massive difference as well - I always felt really secure knowing he was there handling everything as well.We achieved a great price and I know without their help it wouldn't have been possible. Her and Paul are a fantastic team and I would recommend them to anyone needing to sell a property.
