I have tried a few drycleaners for bag washes. A bag wash we paid for also includes folding. we received our clothes in a heap just straight out of the dryer. The worst experience ever, not using you again. You dont want to provide customer service we dont provide you our money idiots.

I brought my two winter coats for dry clean the first time back in 2018 and I forgot to keep the belt with me of one of coats. The Karen Millen trench coat belt ended up went through dry clean too and there it is, damaged outer leather layer of the belt….I regretted of walking into this dry cleaning laundry :(

The most arrogant experience I have had with the man at the front of the shop. Plain rude once I told him that there were new yellow marks on my $300 bed quilt after they had ‘dry cleaned’ it. He had no time of day to speak to me and showed no respect even though I was being polite. I went to pick it up a week later and he shoved it on the counter in front of me, tuned his back and walked away. Very unprofessional and un-inviting. I was disgusted. It was the first time I went there hoping for a great service and it will be the last. So disappointing. I’d give them a minus zero star if I could.

Brought my business shirts here on two occasions for pressing/ironing and on both occasions upon pickup, the top button was broken off the shirt, lady behind front desk claimed they didn’t break the buttons and won’t fix the damaged shirt. Will never be back again. Terrible service.

Complete rubbish!Destroyed my $100 suede skirt. Striped the colour and broke all the tie ups on it. Had to throw it in the bin it was unfixable.Service was horrendous.Not even worth one star

Not a person to use dry cleaners often so I could be wrong.- Shirt was slightly crinkled when I opened it up at home.- Prices seem standard- Store front is clean and organisedPro tip: He hides out the back somewhere so yelling hello loud enough (no bell) will get his attention.

Rubbish even doesn't deserve a 1-star! Lately charged me an additional $2 cuz the suit is dark grey while this was the 3rd time taking the same suit to them! Next time (if there will be one) charge me for bringing them not clean! Was only using them cuz they are next door, but i would rather drive for 10-15mins than using their service.

Not sure that the other reviews are on about but we get dry cleaning done weekly and it's always been great. Price is good, service is good... And there is a bell!
