Do not use!!! UNCLEAN AND UNHYGIENIC I have been using this nail business for a while on and off. I have always refused them to file my nails as in the back of mind I questioned the cleanliness of equipment. I now have a nail fungus that could only have come from them. Very angry and upset for my own stupidity

Always read the reviews first! I walked in and asked for infills, staff were lovely but not for long. 11 years I’ve been getting my nails done and I’ve never been treated so poorly. They put too many layers of polish on, then the female staff member filed my nails so thinly and scratched the polish on almost every nail. I asked why they were made so thin as I work outdoors and need strong nails and why they were scratched and the male staff member asked me “is this your first time here” I said “yes” he then told me to “go back to the nail place I usually go to”. I felt so insulted so I said I won’t be paying for a service that has now ruined my nails. He proceeded ro swear at me, said australia should have better customers and said I could ring the owner but refused to let me call her inside the shop. I then had enough and walked out and I heard him swearing the whole time. Disgusting, I will now be paying $80+ to get my nails fixed as I told them I have a wedding this weekend! I will be telling every soul I know to stear clear of this place!

I tried this salon and The hygiene is a disgrace.. My nails looked uneven and no products were used in the pedicure. They want to charge you the cost without a proper clean service. Using the same files and equipment they use on other people.

***GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE***Me and my friend went to this salon and the customer service and quality was so poor. Came in for a booking at 2:30 and didn’t get looked at for almost another hour while they took care of customers that walked in after us. When they finally did our nails my friend complained it was done so aggressively it was hurting her. Additionally my nails were done horribly, completely uneven AND they didn’t remove all the previous acrylic before starting the new set.please save your time money and self respect and go somewhere else.

New owner has taken over, lovely job on my nails. Polite & friendly. Will be back!

I looked at the review before I came here and I thought there was some bad experience for previous clients. However, I have got good service in this place. Surely come back!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and have watched the cleanliness, quality and timings degrade during that time.Today was the dirtiest I’ve seen the salon and I sat with my nails soaking for 40 minutes and had to leave as my manicure still wasn’t close to being started.Loan was the best person there and she has just left. She was always the cleanest and did the best work.I won’t be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE - horrible service and poor management.My mother and I came in as walk-ins at 9:30am and as the store was full, was told there would be a 30 minute wait; we asked if we could make a proper appointment for an hour later to do pedicures together and was told that was ok and was put on the books. Came back at agreed time to find they had just let a couple walk-ins in for pedicures 2mins before we arrived and no availability - then had to wait 30mins just to get a seat, and even then they tried to put in other people ahead of us; after a further 20 minutes waiting at the pedicure seats with no service or any indication of time from staff, we dried our feet an left after they agreed to take in more walk-ins and another couple with a pedicure appointment for an hour after us had walked in as well.During this time, another customer who claimed to have been in since 9 with an appointment had only half of her appointment completed and was asking when she would be finished as it was going on 2 hours and was given lip service by the staff and gave the walk-in mani/pedi priority as she said she had an appointment to get to in the city.I don't mind some extent of waiting, especially during busy times, but if you can't deliver on appointments and continue to over-exceed your capacity with walk-ins at the detriment of your existing customers, that is unacceptable.Will never be coming back and would not recommend this place.

I came there before Christmas, the salon was so busy. Everyone looked very happy to wait because We understand how hard the business facing to pandemic. I always come here and always feel happy with everything. Thank you.
