I have a 10 y.o staffy and a very small 8 months chihuahua and I could not get them out without having a panic attack beforehand.I knew that either my staffy could potentially eat a dog or my chihuahua would eat some kids fingers when they would try to pat her because she is so cute.I seriously gave up on hope to get my dogs socialised.Then one day I met Enrique at his pet shop when I was looking for a muzzle for both of them.Best day of my life as he appeared as an angel and in 2 minutes he got my Staffy to stop attacking and barking at other dogs as they were entering the store.I could not believe it! In one lesson, I now got a totally different dog and we can finally take him out and have a nice time!I then brought my chihuahua and she stopped eating kids fingers, it is amazing!I cannot recommend Enrique and his staff enough, they are life saviours and real animal lovers. Their knowledge on pets is unbelievable, and I am so grateful to have bumped into these guys! Thank you Enrique and the team!

I just took my dogs to get their nails clipped and they were very aggressive to the groomer. The owner was so nice about it and said he would have them come again but he would do the clipping next time and was so helpful and kind.Definitely recommend this place for all products and services

Pets Wonderland is absolutely incredible! Not only do they have EVERY hard to find pet item you could imagine, but they gave the best doggy daycare on the Gold Coast! I’ve been taking my dog to daycare here since she was 5 months old (now almost 3 yrs old.) Enrique and the rest of the staff here are amazing. They have shown us so much care and support, and they bend over backwards to help us. I am a single pup parent, and my pup is the biggest spoiled baby and can be a little naughty sometimes, but they are always patient and loving with her and have done so much to help me in times of need… I trust very few people with my precious spoiled baby, but Enrique is my most trusted when it comes to her.

Support small business and go and see Enrique and the team at Pets Wonderland! Just went in to buy a 20kg bag of dog food and was surprised how competitive the price was to online. Elsie helped me carry all my purchases to my car with friendly conversation and a smile. Will always go out of my way to come here. ｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡

Staff was very unpleasant and mentioned they pay high rent so charged more for the item than what was described on the pricing box...completely unprofessional on how they managed the situation..never to return to this store.

Staff are very unprofessional and unpleasant.WILL NEVER RETURN! Such a horrible experience. Even mentioned they have high rents so decided to charge higher price even though ticket clearly stated a cheaper price. Do your self a favour and find a different place to shop.

My dog absolutely loves it here! He goes twice a week for daycare and regular grooming.Great pricing, wonderful staff and flexible open hours.

What a great pet store. The range of foods, accessories and extras for dogs and cats is quite huge and diverse. Lots of locally made treats and food packs at very reasonable prices. The aquarium section is not the biggest but the prices are very good and the knowledge of the staff is above par. Doggy day care is available which is also handy and convenient. The prices are very reasonable.Obviously operated by pet lovers who provide excellent customer service and are very approachable and knowledgeable. It's is a shop I shall visit more often.
