This lot is completely hopeless they gave me a phone appointment and did not call and when I called them to see why that said it was a branch appointment and I clearly made sure it was a phone appointment as I was working. Then they suspended my account with centrelink.

I had Debb who I found was extremely helpful, kind, encouraging. I have been with other job agencies and by far Debb is the best person I have ever dealt with. Absolutely magnificent. I will only deal with Debb from now on if I have to go back to a job agency
