Ordered through amazon not my choice of delivery! They keep saying unable to deliver yet I have 24/7 Concierge at my apartment with cameras and all staff have confirmed no attempt was even made at all either of the 3 times they have claimed to try to deliver totally incompetent and would suggest never to use this company if you are personally choosing delivery

They said my order was returned to Warehouse as no one home for delivery. That was a lie, there were three of us here. That was on December 19. Haven't heard from them since. Have tried to contact them twice unsuccessfully.

only got text message says pick up from9.30to 17.00 and when arrived, they have paper notice on the door says close at 12.30?! unbelievable terrible service!!

Terrible and full of lies, claimed nobody was home during delivery, and no attempt to contact at all (no txt, no call, not even ringing the door bell). In fact, everyone was home during that time. This happened twice! Twice! Then they play dead when you tried to contact them. Avoid if possible

No email sent to track item or even let me know it was on its way.. just dropped large box on porch in full view of the street & i wrk afternoons so no one hme until 10.30pm. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

My >$2000 delivery containing glass was left in my buildings lobby on its side with a hole in the front of the package. After taking 2.5 weeks to be delivered from Melbourne to Sydney. Their contact numbers are out of service, their live chat is next to useless and all delivery instructions were ignored

This company are crooks and liars! they came dropped off a parcel to my neighbours home, in the process they dropped a ladder on my vehicle damaging my car real bad! denied they hit my car and say they're trying to help me.I was told they have video footage that shows they didn't hit the car but refuse to send me the footage. I have my own video footage proving they hit my car but still refuse to repair my vehicle! shame on you and so unprofessional!

Worst courier ever experienced, item never delivered, then been told to go for pick, again been told item returned to sender upon arriving, never use them, could give zero star if option available

Less than a star!Unbelievable! I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered, which they keep on sending back to their warehouse because they say no one is home, not true at all! they do not even try to contact you when they arrive + I told them many time that they could leave it at the door and they never did!This company is pure rubbish! the number they provide you for calling them does not even exist!
