This is now my 4th order 3 of which have taken over 1 hour n a half...Tonight is the last straw I called an order through at 6pm & was told it would be here litary 500 meters up the road from them, before 730pm.As im a disabled man I cant go get it so I order.At 730 I started to call them approx min of 10 times finnally got through at 8pm & I was told that the driver was on his way.As I am writing this it is now 9:01pm & my order still hasn't arrived but if it even does i will be sending it back totally discussted by this horrible service & will never order from here againTOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

Cha Cha's Chinese Restaurant
Ordered through Menulog. Took 1.5 hours to arrive. The prawn chow mein was soggy vegetables in water. The prawns were tender but the complimentary prawn crackers were stale.

The WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had! The mixed entree was full of grease and dry. The prawn toast was burnt and chewy. The honey prawns were tiny and awful! The batter was so thick and tasted like wet flour. The short soup wontons had next to no filling and only an inch of broth in the container! I waited over 2hrs for delivery and ended up throwing most of it out!

Food was okay.. very singy with their meat. I ordered special fried rice, it had a couple of little prawns on top and a few pieces of chicken. The rest was plain rice!Very average food. I wouldn't order from here again.

This place has gone down hill. The last 2 times ordering (7months apart) were dreadful. 2.5hrs for delivery and was abused when asked to cancel the order because I didn’t expect delivery to be at 10pm when I ordered it at 7:30pm.Special fried rice was more than bland and wasn’t special at all with 2 little prawns, one piece of pork and the rest was just rice. Would have been better of buying a microwave dinner at a fraction of the price

I normally love cha Chas but I don’t know what’s happened there because they have hit the lowest.Today I called to put in my order and it took three calls to get through.Order was placed and an hour later I decided to call to see where it was incase something happened and tbh it canNow normally with cha Chas I wait 45 minutes but this time I was waiting an hour and 45 minutes I tried calling multiple times and left messages.Once the driver came out he was rude and arrogant.I won’t be going back which is a shame cause this restaurant use to be such a great family owned business

Food is nice but the delivery time is too long. The past few times that I have ordered it was over a 2 hr wait with zero communication from them as to what is going on. You have to call them to chase up your food and if you are lucky enough for them to answer, they just say it's on it's way. It never used to be like that. I think they must have new cooks or owners now. Had they of called up and apologised and let me know that they were running behind, I would give them another go but it seems like they don't care. I won't be ordering again. It's a shame. :(

I feel really bad writing this because the staff has been nice and apologetic but I waited 3 hours for delivery. They kept saying they are really busy. I have a feeling they cook for the costumers at the restaurant first and only cook delivery food at the end. You shouldn’t be taking delivery orders if you can’t deliver until your restaurant is almost closed at 9pm. If the food was amazing this would probably make up for it but the fact is the food is less than average at best.

Ordered through menu log was supposed to be delivered by 8pm 8:36 still no food the website said enjoy your food well that would be nice if I received it tried contacting the restaurant multiple times no answer won’t order from them again
