Moss Vale Station

The rail bus driver from Moss Vale to Wollongong is very rude and abrupt to passengers. 19/6/22 at 2.30 pm

The waiting room is effing closed at night while many passengers are waiting for the early train to Goulburn. It is freezing cold outdoors! The timetable shows that it reopens at 03:00, but the darn lazy staff did not unlock it until about 04:30! It goes without question that the toilets are shut tight, too. I wonder what a train station in such a small town could lose from letting people enter the facilities. Is it a bank? The wait for the connecting train takes almost five hours. Deduce how people would answer calls of nature. It pretty much explains why the plants there are so luxuriant.

This was a horrible experience I have never had a problem with the train station but today was horrendous I first went on the transport website and I was told that there was a bus at 3:06 and I would end up in Mittagong at 3:18 but here I was there at 2:55 and the train did not even show up I was there until 3:30 until a train showed up I was late to my work and now not gonna catch a train in a while

Without doubt the friendliest and most helpful station master in Australia. Kevin. What a total gentleman.

A wonderful heritage train station. This station has a garden in between the platforms. A waiting room that allows you to escape the cold. Trains depart here for Campbelltown and Canberra - catch the train to Campbelltown for services to Sydney’s CBD. Clean toilets here. Plenty of off street car parking. #MossVale

Train that starts at moss vale going to campbell town rarely leaves on time maybe if the train drivers weren't to busy having conversations maybe the train would be on time ffs not good enough get this station needs to be audited
