I came to the station Wednesday morning and my brother in law had just had a cigarette outside and my sister and brother in law are from Denmark and the station attendant straight away said “ you stink of cigarettes “ and I thought it was very inappropriate as nobody has the right to tell anyone how they smell.It was very unprofessional and should be addressed!!!I work with the public and would never dream of telling people how they smell, good or bad! And I’m not really happy with V/Line about this!!!

Fantastic station. The Café there is great, the selection of food and drinks is good and they are well priced. The station overall is good but I will say there is not may bins on the platform to get rid of rubbish and the ones that are there are all the way at the entrance so maybe some more bins scattered around the station would be ideal. But other then that great station.

It's not the actual station but more the attitude of the regular staff at warrgul station. I had to sit there and listen to one staff member telling another how low Morwell is and how low the people from Morwell. I'm from Morwell and this may come as a surprise to them but I get up 5-6 days a week and go to work and so do a lot of other people from Morwell. Customer service is poor with it seeming to be a burden to staff some times even have to say HELLO aloud to bring them from the conversation or their desk at the back.they should take a page from Morwell staff who couldn't be more lovely and helpful. Funny that hey!

Lovey station in my town, I usually talk to the station staff, it has a cafe called “Choo Choo’s Coffee”, decided to get a medium hot chocolate and it tasted good, definitely recommended!

Very good clean station. Staff on hand between 5am and 9pm which is rare in the country town. Choo Choo Coffee is a great bonus.
