Friendly staff - new shelters and seating added in 2021... Bus service to town not as good as Gisborne (gisbus.com) which is disappointing

This station is very neat and have got plenty of car parking spots. I think council should still work hard to get more parking available as there are lots of growth in housing in Wallan. Generally it is a long station which can accomodate upto 6-7 carriages. V line service is pretty good most of the time and if you are travelling to Melbourne it is pretty quick compared to metro lines, which stops at every station.

It seems like the building on platform 1 is pretty recent, but it is very comfortable on a hot day, theres a bus that connects with trains heading to Seymour which is also very nice, only problem is that walking to it should not be too much of a problem, but it is, but its only really a minor nitpick in the grand scheme of things.

Station, parking and staff are good. Pity we can't say the same the train service offered by V/line. With obsolete rolling stock, constant cancellations due to faulty signal, track, and trains. Services are 30 to 90minute frequently gives one the idea disruption s on this line. Some carriages are reworked from stock built over 65 years ago!!

Some more frequent services definitely would not go astray. Lack of shelter with zero undercover seats on the citybound platform.
