Staff were rude as I asked if my bicycle could go on the bus, I ended up staying another night to wait for the morning train..

Echuca is a lovely old train station, it's a heritage listed station. the services aren't regular for a country town and they are limited and more often than not our Bendigo trains are replaced by Buses and that definitely sucks but that can't be helped by the station staff.The Google Hours may not always be accurate for this station due to staff shortages the station has been running a modified station hours.Staff are always friendly and willing to help you and it's good we still run on the old style paper tickets.

Staff are absolutely lovely. Station is clean and kept in a sanitary state!Beautiful old n day design which is lovely too see Victoria keeping there early foundations!

the question I asked by Google how was your experience at the train station well pretty simple went there bought a ticket and then got on a train.... there were no helicopters available.....but there trains.... there's a pub across the road... that just gives an extra 10 stars for that ....lolthe picture has relevance as I meet that fine Las at the pub across the road waiting for my train.... NicE....

Very clean especially restroom.only a wooden footbridge if you want to get to other side. One ne plarform. Daily Velocity 2 on Sat and Sunday to Melbourne. Several Vline buses to other parts . Need taxi to get into town centre unless you like to walk

Great service, friendly staff. My train was on time and very clean. Hint. Clean toilets and water fountain on board. No wifi or cell service most of the way to Melbourne. Telstra or Optus.
