Would give six stars if I could. Dr Eddie is one of the best in relation to patient communication I have met. I have some underlying medical conditions that could cause some problems , he covers all bases before surgery and after. I had three bad cancers on one ear, not only did he remove them but did a brilliant job reconstructing my whole ear. Would also like to mention his highly efficient staff. Nothing is too much and they follow up on everything promptly and efficiently, excellent service all round. Have to have some more surgery done in the near future and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

From the moment I called to make my initial appointment at AR Plastic Surgery I knew I was in good hands. Everything about this practice is professional. The ladies on reception are stunning and so amazing to converse with. Every time I entered the rooms, I was greeted on a first name basis and always made to feel welcome and comfortable. The same goes for email and phone communication, always painless and easy.The nurses at this clinic, in particular, Nurse Rachel, are amazing. Rachel was a super star help throughout my post op process. She was gentle, caring and extremely experienced in her field. I always felt like I was in safe hands and like no question was a silly one.Now, Dr Eddie Cheng. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. From my initial consult, I knew I was in great hands. He knows what he is talking about and he certainly knows what he is doing. This man is a magician. I had severe loose skin on my breasts due to weight loss and one breast significantly larger than the other. I thought I would be stuck this way forever. The confidence that I now have due to the work of Dr Eddie is out of this world. I am able to be a confident 27 year old woman and not worry about how my chest looks or feels anymore. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself.Dr Eddie was patient, kind and gentle and I will never forget him consoling me as I cried anxiously before going under. I not only owe this team my recommendations but I owe them my happiness, confidence and freedom to go out into the world without fear because that is what they have all given me.

Great experience from consultation through to post surgery. All staff, nurses and surgeons were extremely helpful and polite which makes for a great experience. Couldn’t be happier with my surgery and the level of care provided throughout.

I met Dr Cheng in a professional capacity and was impressed with his results, care, and attention to detail. When I decided to get a medically indicated abdominoplasty I trusted that he would do a fantastic job and knew he would take the best care of me.From the moment I contacted the rooms I have always felt as though I am in safe hands. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and experienced; they create a calm, serene atmosphere at every appointment. There's a lot of education required prior to such a large surgery and I was supported the entire time. The nurses and staff were always available on the phone or via email if I had any questions. The process flowed nicely and the wait times were very reasonable.My surgery went without issue and I saw Dr Cheng every day I was in hospital. I was given support, pain relief, and education whilst in hospital and felt comfortable that I would cope going home to continue recovering. I had multiple visits with Dr Cheng's nurses during my recovery to ensure I was healing well and to answer any questions that came up. This assisted in creating the feeling that I was still being cared for even once I had gone home.In terms of the surgery, I am thrilled with my results. This was a large surgery and recovery was at times difficult but I would do it again to achieve what Dr Cheng has done for me. My results have been life changing. Working out at the gym to regain core strength was never going to get me the results I now have. The postpartum issues I was left with were never going to be solved by any other method, and Dr Cheng is a supporter of Medicare covering medically indicated abdominoplasties for women suffering as I did.I would recommend Dr Cheng to anyone seeking a highly qualified Plastic Surgeon. You will find him a truly delightful human who is committed to providing the best care.
