One of the best simple train stations… simply because of its simplicity in staffing, facility, bus routing network, taxi/Uber services and parking facilities are the best kept secrets of Mandurah, where the vibe is always of a holiday mode destination !! Good job guys, keep up the good work!!!!

I caught the trains to the AFL Grand Final with a client in a wheelchair. All the staff were fantastic. Showed us where the lifts were, directed us to the correct trains and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.

The woman working at the entrance today was the rudest most condescending person I have ever encountered. She was barking orders at us like we were dogs and was very aggressive as we were buying the tickets. Disgraceful if she can't deal with people should GET ANOTHER JOB where she does not have to deal wth people. Transperth should be ashamed of this behaviour. Criminals are literally nicer as they are robbing you. I will be submitting a formal complaint against this BULLY also.

Clean and friendly. The bus drivers are helpful, friendly and polite. (Except 1) . The train station is clean, there's always someone around to give you a hand.

Saw a group of ferals threatening to beat up a transit guard because he wouldn't give them a lighter. 10/10 best experience of what Mandurah is actually like.

Great to get on the train first. Staff are always helpful and alert. Cafe shop good service too. Busy, but kept clean

The train station is within reasonable area and the commute isnt too bad. There isnt much security though so at night it can seem dangerous. Not many workers around that can help you. Also the train times are sometimes odd and the platforms misleading as it could go either way. Otherwise it is definitely a required transport system for Mandurah
