Berwick station is a premium station, meaning it is staffed from first to last service. It has a customer service desk in the unpaid zone of the station. It is fitted with a toilet and decent sheltering. Ramps are used heavily, meaning the presence of lifts are unavailable. Despite this, it is still up-to-code with Australian disability policies.Berwick station has 2 platforms. Platform 1 goes to the city. Platform 2 goes towards Pakenham. The platforms both have passenger information displays.In conclusion, mediocre station, however points for new multistorey parking area and new bus interchange.

A useful station in the south-east of Melbourne. It serves the Pakenham line and the occasional V/Line service also stops there. It is staffed from first to last train, and the staff are usually friendly. It needs refurbishment, as the station is nearly 50 years old. Overall, a useful but old station.
