This is a seriously sub-standard station. We're not in the 19th century - there are no electronic boards and the signage of the platform times is incorrect. I recommend taking a stroll to Glenferrie or Camberwell if you can, avoid this station.

Good station, frequency is usually 15 minutes on a weekday and most trains run express through here

Don't trust the announcement or the information displayed screen . They swap platforms all the time. And there's no guild or replacement bus for train disruption.

Looks like Glenferrie but don't get confused as when u get downstairs it's differentPlatform 1 flinders street and city loop. Even though the station gets quite busy , the facilities have not been upgraded. No screens and there are no announcements when trains are delayed.The PTV fare system is already racist and I am not sure where they spend all that money on.

Generally a good station. There is no service booth here, but there is a train announcer on weekdays. On weekday mornings there is also a coffee & snack cart on the bottom level.Express trains go past this station, so it’s sometimes better to walk to Camberwell station.

Pretty old station. Busy in the morning. Not so much at night. Not many trains stop here as they express past in both directions. Could really do with info screens rather than having to press green info button to find out when the next train is coming. I always get confused as to which platform to go to for out of city direction at night, as they change and you don't know which platform it's on until you get there and listen to the info box.

The station is okay. Small suburban station. Although some extra lights and a little shop would add some better elements to it.
