Facilities are well enough. There’s an information booth and customer service, toilets, lift, as well as easy access for those with special needs. There are buses at the station which will take you further on your next destination.A lot of parking lot available as well as bike rack. The station usually gets busy on peak hours. The lift and the toilet may need further cleaning since it gets very dirty and a bit filthy. However, the overall things needed at the station is enough and really good

Nice station. Good customer service. Train every 10 or so minutes on weekdays, with express and stopping all stations services. Also, 3 myki machines,However, service, toilets and 2 myki machines are not well placed. They are placed on the island platform with p2 and p3. Citybound trains usually depart from platform 1, except for all stations trains on weekdays, but on weekdays people are usually headed to the city. You would think it would serve people who have come from the city, but they usually don't need service because they are already at their destination. Service would be best on the concourse imo.But overall great station, lots of parking and little cafe that opens on weekdays.

This is our local Train Station. It is very well equipped with clean toilets, rubbish pins at the right places, heaps of car parking spaces, and also lifts on three platforms. It is wheelchair accessible, disabled toilets, and it is a ‘man station’ and it has 3 myki machines (one upstairs and 2 down the middle platform). There is a bus stop right in the front of it and also has a cage for your bike and motorcycle. There is also a mobile coffee station upstairs and it has brilliant coffees and muffins. It’s a very busy station during peak hours.

This station is your average station. There is a decent amount parking, the lighting seems okay. The shelter is pretty good at this stop, the seating is adequate. There are lifts to the platforms. The bus interchange is not great though, as it's a distance from the station, which often means you may miss a bus if you have a tight tolerance. A bit of a design flaw there.Overall, this station is pretty good.

Pros: premium station with trains running more frequentlyCons: the worst station design, lifts are tiny and broke down quite oftenStairs are too steep and high despite the surrounding land is large

Adequate parking lot. Clean toilets. Sufficient Litter bins. Adequate lighting at night and always secure with security officials. There’s also a waiting lobby between platforms 2&3 to offer protection from the elements. Seats around platforms

After getting stuck on an express train and having to wait 15 minutes for a transfer I was very pleased to see a place to buy coffee and breakfast within the station itself! The croissant was lightly toasted and tasted great and they even had syrups to go with my favourite coffee! Not a bad wait!

This like most suburban stations in Melbourne, looks really rough. The platforms and lifts look like they need a really good scrub and pressure wash.Never seen any staff there so can't comment on that.Masses of parking all around and a convenient bus located right outside.

Plenty of Parking if you arrive before 8:10am3 platforms and lots of trains pass through this station. It’s also secured by Police during evening and night times. A small coffee shop also there..

Hmm, this station has a lot of pros and cons. Let's start with the positives, trains that stop here are actually more frequent then the neighbouring stations because trains can arrive and terminate here to go through the Altona loop, you have the usual Flinders street service as well. There are multiple bus routes that stop here and there are bike cages on both sides of the station. In regards to the negatives, pedestrian access could be improved a lot more, the car park is rather wide and expansive so it means it's difficult to navigate the car park and manoeuvre around cars wanting to park. Getting to the buses is also a hassle because of this, they are a fair distance away from the entrance, and the bus bays are not all in one spot. Changing platforms is also a hassle because you have to use a long overpass and they are only at one end of the station.
