Good service, people on board are very nice and helpful. Seats are pretty comfy although after so many hours you start needing a change of position and would love to lay down or something, I guess booking the recliners could be a good option but still 100% doable without them, specially if you are on a budget and want to save that money.Food on board is pretty cheap ($12 pizza, $4,5 coffee, $7,5 burger)

Oh, it was so much fun. Very good food, clean, friendly staff. It was such a memorable experience. Good cabins, good recliners.

The staff were helpful, the boat is clean, plenty of signs to show you where to, organising the cars on and off works like clock works. The only bad thing I can say they need better mattress in their cabins and a roll as we had to hang for dear life when it was really rough.

Good cabins, nice food and a good selection at the bar. Can't complain about anything. Great alternative to flying from Sydney if you want to take your own car, van, bike etc.

Had an amazing time, everything very efficient. Ate at the buffet Restaurant, lovely food, but fill your plate as you can't go back for seconds. Free soft drink included. Staff on board were so very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Cabins are very comfy, you can set your cabin temperature. Bathrooms in the cabin are a good size and the showers have good water pressure. Lots of interesting things to do, eat, and drink, plus a kiddie play area too. Pizza available on deck 9... would definitely go on it again!!! Had a great time!

I was surprised how quick the check in was in Geelong, but here it's even quicker! The staff members were really sweet and helpful. Unfortunately we had to wait for the previous ferry and arrived 90 minutes late in Geelong. The ferry trip itself was easy and comfortable. There's enough seats for everyone, the food was good. To my surprise I paid half the price at the buffet cause I only had veggies. I appreciate that a lot :) It got a bit chilly in the evening, so bring a jumper!

The Spirit is a good way to travel to and from Tasmania and bring your own vehicle and van. Friendly staff. Good cabins to sleep and arrive fresh either to Devonport or Geelong, where the new terminal makes loading and unloading easier.
