Fast Times Skateboarding

Staff offered no service until I had approached them. I was trying on multiple pairs of shoes and the girl never came to see if it was the right size or anything. I then had to get her attention from chatting about her weekend with her co-worker to actually buy my shoes. As I also work in retail too I think this was very unprofessional, especially from a flagship store.

This staff are soo passionate about their work. I came in to do a exchange and they went above and beyond to solve my problem. Nearly every month I buy from fast times because the fashion is amazing the printed shirts are soo unique.

Just had one of the best shopping experiences. Jacob was so lovely, helpful and friendly, made our day!

Bought a shirt and a pair of shorts ( didn't have the right size in the shop ) so rang Brisbane to have a set of shorts sent down. I was told I would receive a tracking number in one to two days. I rang after two days and got the salesperson who served me and he said he would chase it up ( and I'm sure he did ) After four days I rang and was apparently talking to the female manager who just kept trying to talk over me. I understand it was a saturday.and it was now going through their online process, however she was rude and had no empathy whatsoever and as stated, just kept talking over me. She told me she would get the assistant manager to contact me on Monday and as I thought, no phone call forthcoming.I managed retail for many years and this is not how you treat people who have a genuine concern for an ordered item

Heard from true finders that this store is good. The staff is very helpful and guided me what's best for my brother. I ended up leaving with a brand new skateboard and my bro loved it and he is been using it every day since. Thanks!!:-)

Great service! The lady that helped me out (I think her name was Louise) was awesome and was more than happy to answer my questions and set up my new board! Keep it up!

I received fantastic customer service from Louise today. She was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She guided me and gave me great advice on gear I was looking for. I didn't feel rushed or pressured for a sale. 10/10

Ideally located, Fast Times offers a broad range of Quality Brand Skateboards, Clothing Footwear and accesories.The setting is very stylish and the Staff are not just friendly, as they are also very approachable and helpful with all type of information regarding Skateboarding etc etc etc.Should you want to buy a Quality Brand Skateboard, than this is a must go to place.
