Easy and short way across the river. The ferry runs all day, you just need to drive up to the terminal and board the ferry.

Loved it! Quick and easy, slightly cranky ferry man. We did not succeed in trying to make him smile. Pelicans were awesome.

We decided to travel back to adelaide via a different route from robe and went on the ferry across the mighty Murray river. This is a free service and was a great way to come back to adelaide.

Short wait and easy crossing saving us about 50km travel. Like all river ferries in SA it was free.

This was a super quick service fitting approx 10 vehicles on it. The operator selects your position I'd suggest this is to do with weight. Once loaded (not taking long at all) the trip across the river takes about 5 mins
