Great spot by the river and sea and to also catch the steam train.

Visited the treasures and trains shop. Had the most lovely time looking at all the hand made crafts. The grandkids had a wonderful time. Purchased a few beautiful and fun items. Giving back to the clever and talented people of the CWA. Thanks so much you made my day.

It a great historic railway run by volunteers. The only disappointment this time was being pulled by a diesel instead of steam but as the guard explained in winter when passenger numbers are down steam is too costly. The advantage was we had the carriage almost to ourselves a window seat each, for the fabulous coast scenery.

What a great Day Out! Certainly a step back in time as the Steam Ranger Heritage Railway takes you on a journey through the Adelaide Hills to Strathalbyn, Goolwa & Victor Harbor. Victor was very interesting and Goolwa is so quaint!

Interesting Historical South Australian town with many Tourists attractions to enjoy including The Cockle Train and Paddle Boats from a bygone era. Access to Hindmarsh Island via a bridge from Goolwa along with four wheel drive access to the amazing surf beach to the River Murray mouth

A great trip. They don't run the steam train everytime. We missed out on it this time. I love the smell and sounds of a steam train so i always prefer it.It is still a great ride on 70 year old rail cars which were cutting edge in their day.We did a return trip from Goolwa & stopped for pony rides in Victor.
