A recent accessibility upgrade that made it less accessible by removing bridges at the northern end of the station. Need to walk much further to gain access. Poorly designed and built on the cheap.

A station that's quite a walk to the Newmarket Shopping Village! Right in the middle of suburbia! It has convenient lifts & restroom! No parking available! No staff at the station! Downstairs in the tunnel leading to the street, there is a huge country animal Muriel! Chickens & cows & birds!
