If you just missed it, probably quicker to go around over the bridge, but otherwise quick, efficient and free.

Easy to board in the car or as a passenger. 7 mins to cross. Friendly staff. I use the service regularly.

One of the oldest ferrys probably that are still active in the area, it is a cable operated ferry which takes cars and pedestrians from one side to the other, if you enjoy ferries for an adventure i reccomend going on this ferry on foot as it is a different experience to a normal ferry.

Great way to travel, takes me back to the old days. The ferry is unique to Sydney and we must try to maintain this icon

Love our little corner of Sydney, just beautiful. Still has a small town feel, plus the Ferry is such a win. Beats the Ryde Rd madness.

Short operating times, but the view is good. Not crowded. Shortcut to avoid A3 or concord road from Five Dock to Top Ryde.
