Great place. Shout out to their mechanic who was very helpful providing a helping hand for broken camp trailer.Unpowered sites a bit cramped but the tour of the gorge made up for it more than enough.Well setup and infinity pool is great to cool down in on a hot day.

We stayed in a 'Rouseabout' room which was very novel. They are very comfortable rooms with everything you need (only a very small freezer though). The meals at the bistro, while yummy, are very expensive so bring your own food if you can. The staff are super friendly. The tours and helicopter flight are amazing

Overall a good experience and the tour was excellent. The gorge itself is well worth the visit. Just be aware that the drive in is on unsealed gravel and rough roads. On the negative side we had a bad experience with the chef in the restaurant. My wife has some bad food allergies and even though we specified no dairy (amongst other specifications) she was still given badly cooked broccoli and cauliflower that was cooked in milk and cheese. After I had spoken to the staff about it, the 'chef' came out and was abusive and rude to us even though my wife was clearly suffering. He only came out to shout and say that it was our fault even though we had specified her allergies. To make matters worse no one asked after her health. After speaking to the manager of the village the following day we got a full refund on the meals we had paid for in the Cobbold explore package, which to our amazement came to nearly $600 (for three people). There is no way that the food there is worth anywhere near this amount. At best the quality of the meals in the restaurant is below average and is obviously cooked by a so called chef that doesn't know what he is doing and has a severe little man complex. My advise is, if you are going to stay here, self cater.

Loved our visit. Tour was great. Chook is great natural guide, not too much. Park will be even better with expansion, it was a little squeezy. Only thing-Please don’t forget us soft floor side opening campers! Thank you for sharing this amazing place.

Beaut spot. Cost for non powered site $18Cost for Cobbald Gorge $114 single rate which is good value for a guided 3 hour tour. There is a communal fire to sit around at night. Only one thing is the beer cans are $9.50 but it is the outback so you expect to pay more. Loved my 2 days there.

I'm so sorry, but huge NO from me. Disinterested staff, run-down facilities, run-down road, overpriced everything and very touristic altitude which no one can enjoy. Sorry, but better to stay outside.

Amazing amazing beautiful place to stay. Would happily stay longer. Highly recommend. Very relaxing, great facilities kept wonderfully clean, fantadtic service by very helpful and friendly staff. Pool is somewhere you want to be. Enjoyable walks/biking trails. Wish I had taken more photos but was too busy enjoying myself.
