As a lash tech myself, I have very high standards and have struggled to find a lash tech who could meet those standards, until I met Viola at Lady Lash! She did my lashes earlier today and they look amazing. So full, uniform and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back regularly for infills. So happy! Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and always get great service before and during appointment and always get so many complement about my lashes.I had an issue this morning last minute with my car battery dying and couldn’t make it on time and Rachel was so kind and accommodating in rescheduling me without any hassle even though I have such short notice.I really appreciate the service I receive including ease of customer service, booking, always friendly faces when I walk in & great technicians. Rosie is my number one but I know I will be well looked after whilst she’s on maternity leave!I’ve recommended so many people and will never go anywhere else.

Ivy is an incredible lash technician who's transformed my lashes! She is incredibly attentive, tailoring your lash style to your needs and look effortlessly, and is very gentle and in her application. I seriously look forward to each of our sessions, and walk out feeling new each and every time! Would absolutely recommend Ivy and the broader Lady Lash team to anyone.

I found out about Lady Lash from a friend who had been visiting the salon in Newtown for almost ten years. I’ve now been a regular customer for a few years myself. I’d never gotten eyelash extensions or a lash lift before, and my first experiences with both were at Lady Lash, and they obviously left a very good impression on me because I keep coming back and wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my lashes and brows.The team is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and the lash technicians/stylists are all very good at what they do, and make you feel very comfortable during the process. I’d honestly recommend and trust any of them, but personally, I regularly choose Ayumi to do my lashes because I appreciate her kindness and understanding!

Keenia was so incredible sweet and professional. The lashes are the best I have ever had and the process was the gentlest and also speediest. We also had some great banter and now I think I will have to get lashes from Lady Lash for the rest of my life.

I scheduled for a lash lift and tint however prior to booking I chatted with them to make sure they do “upper and bottom” lash lift and tint which they confirmed twice in chat and also when I called to confirm they really do it. However, upon arriving today and already laying on the technician bed, I confirmed again and the lash tech said they actually do not do the bottom lash lift. It was pretty disappointing as I travelled all the way to Newtown when I could have instead had the lash lift and tint closer to mine for just the upper lashes and would have been $50 cheaper too. I only went here because they confirmed that they actually do the bottom lashes as well. Very disappointed..

Emily was perfect! She made sure I was comfortable at all times, was on time for everything, was so so lovely and most of all, did an amazing job with my lashes! I got a lift and tint as an alternative to lash extensions and I am very happy with the results. It is a beautiful place with beautiful people!

Monica is very thorough and lovely. I am so happy with my brows - they look amazing and very natural. She’s a wonder! I was quite anxious about the process beforehand because it was my first time - but Monica made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
