I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER CHARMANE TO ANYONE ! Rude, over priced, she was rough with my 6month puppy and didn’t understand or address my concerns regarding the puppy’s welfare or give me valid recommendations to address the usual puppy concerns. Charmane is snobby and only wants to help those dogs who are perfectly trained, and puppies, particularly when they are in their teenage years can be challenging. She totally lacks communication skills. My puppy came out of there so badly cut that he needed to go back for a touch up groom, which Charmane did virtually nothing and it was the most over priced, ridiculously expensive $130 groom that When quoted was going to be $80-$90 groom. I would NEVER RECOMMEND CHARMANE as she is only in it for the money and not for the love of dogs!!!

Extremely happy and highly recommend! My puppy zeppelin went in for her first groom here on Monday and they did an incredible job!Our usual groomer had closed down and we were having a hard time finding a new one that had a booking available before the end of the year. Due to this, zeppelin had some matted fur we were struggling to brush out and her eyes were nearly covered. She wouldn’t have been an easy groom, but she came out looking beautiful, smelling great and most importantly, very happy. Even though it isn’t local, I will definitely be travelling here for her next groom. Thank you!

The best thing that ever happened was Classy Paws opening near me. Top that with Erin, the best groomer ever. My dog Mignonne goes into the salon looking like a ruffian and comes out looking like a star. I strongly recommend you take your dog to Erin for a groom.

Today was our first time using this groomer and our puppy's first time ever being groomed and we were very happy overall! The woman who groomed our Luci was absolutely lovely on the phone and in person and handled our nervous pup really well. Luci came home shiny and happy and we will definitely come here again!

Rude, over priced, she was rough with my 6month puppy, called him a “difficult dog” on his very first groom and didn’t understand or address any of my concerns regarding the puppy’s welfare or give me valid recommendations to address the usual puppy concerns. This is because Charmane is extremely impatient, rushes all her grooms and doesn’t try to gain the dogs trust before grooming them. She was extremely rough and uncaring. Charmane is snobby and only wants to help those dogs who are perfectly trained, and puppies, can be challenging. She totally lacks communication skills. Cannot recommend this grooming salon any higher, both my fur babies love all the workers there and always leave looking beautiful!

Excellent service. Three Cairn terriers looking very neat and tidy after their grooming. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

I tried many place for dog hair cut and I cannot let my dog get a hair cut unless its here. The lady there is very kind and friendly and I always feel satisfy with her hair cut style for my dog.

Highly Unprofessional Service, I would NEVER RECOMMEND Charmaine as a dog groomer or her shonky business to anyone!! The groom was dreadful and so uneven, my dog came back traumatised and traumatised. Plus the cost is exuberant for such a dreadful cut. I’d NEVER recommend this groomer, there are much better groomers out there!
