Sonas Early Learning & Care Huntingdale

My children and I have really enjoyed our experience with Sonas, Huntingdale.Hannah and her team are always adapting and improving the centre to make it fun, and educational for the children, and inclusive for the parents. They have indoor spaces for exploration, art, baby room, and chill-zones; and the outdoor areas with a vegetable garden, sand pit and building block play.The use of the app gives us regular updates with photos, meal information, and even sun cream application -reassuring me that my children are being well cared for, and especially appreciated on mornings where a child may be unsettled.They provide before and after-school care and have been flexible when I’ve needed help for unscheduled pick-ups from the school. They go above and beyond to cater for my girls, with care of their medical, social, and emotional needs and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.Thank you to everyone for all that you do.

Sonas early learning made my transition back to work much easier. My baby seemed so little and I wasn't ready to be leaving him. Sonas was definitely the centre we like best. It was clean and the kids looked happy. There was lots of different activities and learning ideas being setup. Outdoor play, which our son loves is encouraged.

My daughter has been going here for 8 months and absolutely loves it. She has thrived so much with all the activities they do, and has made some wonderful friends. The staff are fantastic and extremely accommodating. They make you feel like family.

Sonas is an amazing daycare where I have placed my little girl she has settled in very well from the first day of tears (leaving mum) to now running in with a smile on her face saying hello to everyone. So special to watch her grow and make more friends and be able to connect with her educators it really is a family away from home you feel welcomed when you walk in to drop off or pick up!! Wouldn’t want my daughter any where else!

We moved our kids to Sonas in May to better suit the needs of our family. We have a 5 year old and nearly 3 year old twins. Sonas has definitely exceeded our expectations. All our kids are able to play together. My 5 year old loves having the day at Sonas rather than kindy especially now school is finished. Anissa and Shelley have really made us feel really welcome and that we matter as a family. We would highly recommend Sonas it is a wonderful environment which has seen huge transformations recently in its back yard. Looking forward to seeing the centre continue to flourish in the future.

We've been very happy sending our 2 girls to Sonas Huntingdale since they were bubs. Lovely, caring and nurturing staff with a fabulous play-based learning program. Love the photo updates during the day, and the before school care and drop off has made the transition into school much easier for our eldest.

Our daughter has been attending Sonas Huntingdale for over 3 years. During this period she has developed a strong rapport with many of the educators throughout her time at the centre.We like to follow all her activities & daily interactions with the educators and her peers via the Xplor app.

I put my eldest in at Sonas when they first opened until he went to school, I started work recently and put my youngest in at different centre closer to me, it lasted 5 weeks before I went back to Sonas, I don't trust any other team to support my children, I feel good knowing they're in safe caring hands. They go above and beyond to ensure each child builds confidence in themselves and ensure that the children know they have a safe space to learn and explore and thrive.

My daughter has attended Sonas for over a year, she is always happy to attend and talks about the different educators and children she meets each day. She has also become independent with getting her water bottle and shoes, children learning independence is clearly a focus at the centre

My daughter has been going to Sonas since she was 4 months old, she is now 20 months old. Sonas is her second family/home. The amazing friendships she has created with not just her educators but also her peers is precious to watch. She has really gained alot of confidence in the last few months being so independent in alot of life skill experiences. Having my daughter here at sonas but also being an Educator/Manager for the centre also shows cross-cultural environments, teams, and learning experiences are part of our everyday life. We are a home-away-from-home; a place for our little people to learn life skills and form trusting relationships with their Peers and Educators. A place for them to connect with nature, each other and themselves. A place for all children to grow and expand their horizons and interests.
