Does not respond to calls, hard to communicate with, they don't read emails and denies what was agreed upon even there's email trails, unprofessional, lack of support to students, especially international students and just wants your money. Be warned if you are to study here, total waste of government funding that goes to them.

I am having a wonderful experience staying in SCEI. I can say that the environment is great and that the people around are helpful and professional. Their programs are also great since they offer different courses to choose from which are very competitive career and job-wise. The community is also very welcoming, especially for me as an international student who has no prior ideas about how to live in Australia, the community is very helpful to me. Plus I get to meet new people along the way who taught me my way around. Also, the school location is just near where I live and so it gives me a better experience of the SCEI as a community.

I've been wanting to study in Australia, specifically in Melbourne. I'm so glad that I've finally found the right school for me. Thank you SCEI for guiding me all through my application. Such a great school! <3

SCEI is the best platform for international students to study and make their dreams become reality. The teachers are amazing and the management is really good to communicate with students accordingly.

Course is okay. Withdraw from my course due to personal circumstance. Even though I outpaid where I was with my course. Paid 2/3 of my fee where I am only almost half way thru the course. Account refused to process my application for refund until I make the payment on the plan. Ended up not getting any refund anyway according the them so why make me pay the last installment when I clearly did not owe the school any fee. Like I predicted, lost that last installment as well. Ridiculous system. Would not recommend at all.

I was a student of this college and it was very stressful time. This happened not only for me but also my friends. If you are willing to do a course please ask from a student regarding this college. Not only lectures but also welfare department is treating students very badly. All of these guys just need money. They asking COE extension, assignment penalties due to their faults. I had two experiences of this and I argued with them and then they withdrew their decision. If you have any thing wrong with them please note that you can contact consumer affairs regarding your bad experience from this collage. Please make sure you have evidence to prove it and always keep emails and don’t trust their words. Please take email evidence for everything.

This institution was the baddest and also unprofessional educational institution that I have ever been.To get done a document or any other work was a nightmare. There was no student support any where and the receptionist is very rude and not answering any questions only giving the email address.Taking about trainers, actually there was no trainers. One trainer was there and doing 4 classes at one timeWhat a disaster. They only there for your money

The exam preparation course is efficient and helps a lot to improve the weak parts. I learnt new things every day. My host family was absolutely amazing and I am very happy with my stay in SCEI

I am very glad to have Carolyn as our trainer.She is perfect as a trainer and she teach us in a very interesting way that we are always feel like coming to class. She is very professional yet kind, patient and understanding. After short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal."

Worst college you could ever imagine of. No one helps you. I finished my course 5 months ago and still they are delaying my course completion and i don't even know when i will get the course completion letter. No one reply your email. No one picks up your call. This is just pathetic college. If you study here, your whole life will be ruined.Please don't suffer here.
