Absolutely fantastic company. Saul came to our outdoor space to quote a backyard makeover. He was innovative and brought in ideas that not only changed our outdoor space but completely transformed its use and connected it to our indoor living space (which was a challenge as we live on a sloping corner block with a tiered backyard).The work was high quality, precise and efficient. The SJ team were friendly and respectful always. Saul liaised with us throughout the whole project and continually offered new ideas as the job unfolded which left an amazing result. We now have a beautifully terraced yard with sleek retaining walls, a spacious fire pit area, a brand new deck and complete connected yard access to the top floor of our home.Highly recommended!

Saul and his team were fantastic to work with in both the design stage and implementation of our new build landscaping at Pelican Waters. After meeting him at the garden expo we got to work together on the plan and implementation. His attention to detail in hard landscaping, ie placement of sandstone blocks and sleepers etc got the big things perfect.He was able to help us put our vision for the landscape together working with the unusual shape of the block, linking the house and the landscape.In plant selection his knowledge came into its own, he helped in selecting large established feature trees suitable to the area, and passed to us information on their care.He was flexible as we tweaked plans on the go.We are left with beautiful gardens that are admired by family , friends and neighbours alik. We had a backyard and frontyard that required landscaping. I was referred to Saul as an experienced landscaper who could address our landscape's poor drainage. Saul identified the problem and put forward a backyard garden design in line with my ideas and a resolution to the drainage issue. The outcome was an exquisite Zen garden, now my favourite spot at home. We had Saul and his SJ Landscapes team build our deck. The job was difficult, sloped and presented new challenges daily. Saul was always professional, capable, on time, flexible and able to problem solve on the fly. He had a great capacity to explain what was going on and our options. We organized Saul to replace an old failing timber retaining wall with a far stronger, and longer lasting block retaining wall(including a stairs). He has great attention to detail and knowledge of plants that would challenge the best of them.I would happily recommend these guys to anyone!

Saul and his team solved one of the most difficult problems in the renovation of our home. The old entry was a nightmare eyesore and the old courtyard with shade-cloth on a rotted pergola was an ugly wasted space. Saul turned the front into a beautiful entry statement and the courtyard is now a gorgeous decked indoor/outdoor green-space which is our favourite place to sit and is visible from most of the living area. Highly recommend SJ and the team, great work.
