C&M Garage Doors Ballina

The most helpful kind and patient man who helped me fix my own garage door over the phone to save me the cost of him coming out! So grateful to Paul and his team at Ballina CnM Garage Doors what a lovely human!! I have got them round for a service anyway but he didn’t suggest it I just think they are so professional and decent!! Also called me back and answered my phone call immediately and personally!

I had a spring break on the garage door yesterday and had to lift it manually so rang C & M. They understood the issue, gave me an indication of the costs to repair it, and allocated an appointment for me today. Dan, the repair technician, arrived and completed the job today in less than an hour. I was able to pay through a wireless pay terminal at the time and they followed up with a paid invoice. Prompt professional service at a fair price, and the door is fully operational again. Very pleased and would readily recommend.

We had a C&M garage door installed at the beginning of 2019, and we're so happy with it. The C&M team have been great to deal with, and our annual service was quick and easy to organise. Nikki was a great at helping us choose a style and colour to match the look and feel of our house. I would definitely recommend C&M!

Great service and product. Reps on time when said would arrive. Door installed perfectly and works the same. Neo roller great effect for roller door looking like panel lift but not taking up ceiling space in garage = more storage space. Professional company with great value product. Good service, install went well and then we have heavy rain and the motor doesn't work. I ring D&B, they tell me its not there fault and I need to cover the motor with perspex.I had the carport built, D&B came and look at it, quoted it, I agreed on the quote and they installed it.I'm not an expert on garage door motors and I didn't specify what motor to use. If it needed to be a motor that can handle the weather then why wasn't this quoted and installed.Now, at my expense, I have to replace the motor 2 years after it was installed. I have a motor in the garage that has been there for 20 years and never missed a beat.You be the judge!

We had Matt and Mitch install our new Danmar door and motor today. So happy. They did a great job, helped set us up on the smart phone app for the motor and left our garage floor cleaner than when they started. The whole process from start to finish was great too. The office staff were helpful too when we went in to choose the door we wanted and Matt the owner was very helpful too. Thanks for a great job all round

The installers were awesome on the day, friendly, respectful and did a great job. The rollerdoor is working perfectly, been about 4 mths since installation. Pity the lady on the phone wasn’t so friendly but glad I persisted with their service. Great job and product.

Excellent service! From quoting to installation, I’ve been impressed by their friendly, professional service. Each person did their very best to provide an excellent customer experience, including the reception staff. They turned up on time, with early delivery of our customised garage door. Just in time, as our old garage door was literally falling apart. Highly recommended.
