Very rude Christy the receptionist i call three times first call i told her that I'm flying to Melbourne Australia next month then she said thank you and hang on meSecond call someone else answered and I explained her that I need treatments during my stay in Melbourne Australia this lady said LET ME GIVE IT RECEPTIONIST all I can hear Christy receptionist saying hang the phone and phone was hanged second timeThird time I call phone just rang and the voice message is full there's no way I can leave messages I can't believe this what a shame"

This place runs in the faster lane, but theire are some nurses that are caring, efficient and take time to explain to the patient each session. Fairly clean and neat and once they know your personality the management do their best to be keen to help and make the dialysis experience pleasant .

My partner has been a dialysis patient here for over 10 years and was well looked after. Patient focused care created a family culture which was appreciated by staff and patients. New management has come in and turned this unit into a cold tyrannical corporate focused agenda.My partner has been overloaded for a month. Taking 5 litres off each time. Currently does 3 sessions a week but was previously doing 4 and is prescribed 4. I’ve seen him struggle all month. He’s asked for extra sessions and when staff help, they are cohersed and scorned by the manager that they help him. No one is held accountable for your health and well being in bbraun. Management are focused on working together to get rid of patients that are deemed problematic. For my partner it’s about health and his life for them it’s about control and fear. People just need to do the right thing instead of playing childish games.
